In flammable and explosive environments such as petroleum, chemical, and mining industries, products with explosion-proof certifications (such as Ex and ATEX) must be selected to eliminate safety hazards at the source. Secondly, lighting efficiency, environmental adaptability, and long-term durability must be considered to withstand severe challenges such as wind, rain, corrosion, and vibration.

Key Technical Parameter Selection: Preferably use a die-cast aluminum housing with corrosion-resistant treatment (salt spray test �000 hours), paired with a tempered glass lampshade. A scientifically designed heat dissipation fin is crucial for maintaining LED lifespan.

When selecting, pay close attention to the chip brand and the quality of the driver power supply, as the latter directly determines the stability and lifespan of the luminaire.

An impact resistance rating of IK08 or higher effectively resists accidental collisions, ensuring reliable operation of the luminaire in harsh environments.

Cold storage environments: Should be equipped with a dedicated low-temperature driver. LED lighting fixtures require specially designed driver circuits for operation in low-temperature environments ranging from -40â„?to -20â„?to ensure normal startup and stable operation.

Intelligent Control: Microwave radar sensing or light control + time control functions can significantly save energy and reduce operating costs. Supports 0-10V dimming, DALI dimming, or wireless intelligent control, automatically adjusting brightness according to actual needs.

Selection Considerations:

Cost-Effectiveness: PC material is highly economical, suitable for budget-constrained or customized needs; tempered glass is suitable for high-end projects requiring long-term durability. Although the initial investment is higher, the long-term returns of LED lighting fixtures are significant in terms of reduced electricity bills, reduced maintenance costs, and improved safety.

Safety First: In densely populated areas, the risk of glass breakage must be considered; PC or laminated glass can be selected as alternatives. Explosion-proof lighting fixtures should adopt explosion-proof or increased safety designs to ensure they will not become ignition sources in explosive environments.

Maintenance Ease: Choose lighting fixture structures that are easy to install and maintain. Fixtures with replaceable light sources should preferably have a top-opening cover, and the cover fastening method should be easy to operate, avoiding complex bolts or screws for fixing.

When selecting industrial lighting fixtures, it is essential to verify that the products have obtained relevant certifications. Explosion-proof fixtures must obtain CCC certification and comply with GB/T 3836 series standards; outdoor fixtures should pass IP protection level testing and comply with GB 7000 series safety standards. It is recommended to prioritize high-efficiency LED products that use robust materials, have excellent protection ratings, and are equipped with high-quality chips and drivers.
